Features
Broader than any single tool — and it all works together
Custody, geo scan map, bookings, maintenance, audits, reports and offline mobile, in one connected platform.
What features does Stackroom include?
Stackroom includes an asset register with QR labels and a scan map, custody and signed checkout, bookings and reservations, maintenance tickets, warranty, AMC and CMC cover, cycle-count audits, depreciation and disposal, a reports library, offline iOS and Android apps, and a REST API with signed webhooks.
Track & locate
A single register for every asset, and a live map of where it's been.

One record per asset with photos, custom fields, condition and serial. Print QR labels and scan to view.

Find any asset, person or location instantly from anywhere in the app.
Custody & accountability
Know who has what, and prove it.

Custody & assignments
Assign, reassign and return with a held-by date and the current holder always visible.

FAQ
Questions about the feature set
Does Stackroom handle depreciation?
Yes. Assets carry a purchase cost, method and useful life, with straight-line and written-down-value calculations producing a current book value, plus a depreciation report you can export for finance.
Can Stackroom track warranties and service contracts?
Yes, and it distinguishes between them. Manufacturer and extended warranties, annual maintenance contracts and comprehensive contracts are each recorded against the asset with provider, policy number, cost and expiry, and reminders fire before the date rather than after.
Are reports included on every plan?
The report library is part of the product rather than an add-on module, with plan capacity differing rather than the feature itself. Exports are CSV and XLSX so finance and audit can work with them directly.
Does Stackroom have an API?
Yes — a documented REST API with scoped API keys, plus 41 signed webhook events covering checkouts, returns, warranty expiry and audits, delivered with retries and a delivery log. The OpenAPI (Swagger) specification is public.
Which features are limited by plan?
Capacity and the advanced capabilities differ by plan, but every plan includes unlimited users, the mobile apps, QR labels and offline sync. Current plan contents are listed on the pricing page, served from the billing API rather than written into the page.
