Neither. Every plan includes unlimited team members (logins) — you're never charged per seat — and we don't price on how many assets you track. Plans differ by capabilities and capacity, so your bill stays predictable as your team and inventory grow.

Team members are the users who log in to Stackroom. People are the employees and assignees you track and hand assets to — they don't need a login. Both are unlimited on every plan.

Yes — free forever, no credit card. You get the core asset register and custody, assign & check-out, QR lookup, the iOS & Android app, offline sync and unlimited team members. Upgrade only when you need more capacity or advanced features.

Yes, on trial-eligible plans. You set up billing up front, use the full plan free for the trial period, and we automatically bill you when the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. The Free plan is the only option that needs no card at all.

Both. Paying yearly costs less than paying month to month, and you can switch billing cycle at any time from the Billing page.

Any time, self-serve, from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the new limits and features right away; downgrades apply from your next cycle.

The one for your region. Prices are shown in your local currency automatically (India and Global today, with more regions rolling out), and your billing region is set from your country at sign-up. If it looks wrong for where you're billed, talk to us before subscribing and we'll sort it out.

Cards and UPI, processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.

Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you keep your paid features until the end of the current period, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data stays intact.
